This is probably our fourth or fifth order and up until now we have been very pleased with the food quality. I especially like the curry calzone, but this last time the chicken was poor. It was very obviously the pre-cooked stuff, as it was rubbery and bland. It appeared to have just been mixed in with the already cooked sauce, not actually cooked in the sauce as the meat hadn't absorbed any sauce or taste. Disappointed with this order.

Meal was exactly what we ordered, ready to collect a little before stated collection time. Meal was hot and tasty.

Burgers cooked perfect

Food was cold. Driver was outside then had drove off before delivering food then phoned the shop for them to phone the driver for him to turn up 2 mins later with a cold pizza. Cold Donner meat and chips.

Not delivered at all

Chips were rubbery and the chicken was so dry.

I don’t think they made my pizza correctly.. perhaps made the chasni pizza then realised afterward that I requested donner meat on the pizza. Donner meat was just threw on top of the pizza like a spare batch. Wasn’t nice. Last time it was good, this time not.

Wrong item in order again

For the first time ever the order took 20 mins to reach the restaurant not sure if it was an online glitch, so when we turned up it wasnt ready to collect.

Just so good

Lamb was very tough and cheese naan had so many not melted cheese, not enjoyed that at all. Korma not too bad.

Had to heat up the food when it eventually arrived. It took 1 hr 40 minutes before it arrived stone cold. Once hot it was tasty. Attempted to call the restaurant numerous times, it was either busy or rang out. We ordered here before and was really pleased with everything but seriously disappointed this time and won’t use again. A call or email would have helped.
